About Kiran
Kiran is a mind-body-spirit guide who helps you move through emotional numbness, burnout, and disconnection — into clarity, presence, and deep self-trust.
She created "From Numb to Now" based on her lived experience. For years, she smiled on the outside while quietly unraveling within. Her journey through heartbreak, immigration, and soul exhaustion became the doorway into this path of healing, awareness, and service.
Now, she holds space for you to feel again, reconnect to your truth, and live with grounded joy. ​​​​​​​
Why is she here
Kiran didn’t choose life coaching to build a business. She chose it because her body said yes to something more meaningful — more real. Because she couldn’t ignore the quiet discomfort that kept asking for change.
Because she was already living the work — in the stillness, in the heartbreaks, in the brave restarts. This isn’t a career she calculated. It’s a calling she surrendered to. And now, she’s here to walk with you — through numbness, confusion, courage, and clarity —until you remember the aliveness that’s been with you all along.
